Education is becoming more important than ever before for the national development of a country. The development of the system of education of a country largely depends upon how the persons responsible for policy making and managing it understand the whole process of reform brought about in it and how they find out pathways for change. For this, it is necessary for a country to examine critically the existing system of education in light of both national and international perspectives in order to understand how reforms in education are taking place elsewhere.

     School is the common home for children in education. The process of socialization should be maintained very clearly, so that in this environment the students as well as their parents do not feel any kind of discriminations in the schoo. One of the main contributions of the school is to promote in the learners the sense of responsibility, tolerance dignity of labour, civility, respect for others, critical and analytical ability etc. in the learners.

     "Angles' Voice" is an example to show our students are fond of writing articles. Our students are thirsty for the test of literature. To some extent publication of this annual magazine, a small is only an attempt to quench their thirst. So far I have realized, not only the youngsters but even the students of junior level are also trying to pursue the foot prints of great authors and perhaps being influenced deeply, they have been urged to create an art of their own.
